WSO Indonesia Safety Culture Award (WISCA) 2026
Jakarta, 8 May 2026 – PT Interport Sarana Baruna ("ISB") and PT Kariangau Gapura Terminal Energi ("KGTE") successfully received recognition at the WSO Indonesia Safety Culture Award ("WISCA") 2026 by achieving the 4-Star (Gold) category. The WISCA 2026 event was held at Bidakara Hotel, Jakarta, serving as a moment of appreciation for the implementation of workplace safety culture within the companies. The event was also attended by Interport’s Directors and employees.
This achievement was obtained based on the verification process conducted by the WSO Indonesia team through a comprehensive assessment of the companies’ safety culture implementation. During the event, ISB and KGTE received trophies and certificates of appreciation as recognition for the consistent implementation of workplace safety culture across their operational activities.
The assessment process included the measurement of the companies’ safety culture maturity level, document verification, and Focus Group Discussions ("FGD"), which were carried out independently, objectively, professionally, and with integrity in accordance with the established assessment mechanism. Based on the assessment results, ISB and KGTE were declared to have fulfilled all criteria and indicators under the WISCA 2026 program.
Achieving the 4-Star (Gold) category demonstrates that the safety systems and practices implemented by ISB and KGTE have met the standards established by WSO Indonesia. This recognition also reflects the companies’ commitment to building a safe, orderly, and sustainable working environment.
Through this achievement, ISB and KGTE are expected to continue maintaining and enhancing the implementation of workplace safety culture in a consistent and sustainable manner.
