Royke Lumowa spent over 30 years in the Indonesian national police. In the last few years of his career, he served as the Regional Police Chief for North Sulawesi, Regional Police Chief for Maluku, the Chief of National Police Traffic Cops, and the Regional Police Chief for West Papua. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the Police Academy and a Master’s Degree from Widya Jayakarta School of Economics.

An executive and a seasonal entrepreneur with over twenty years of senior management experience working in various settings from start-up, private sector, public sector, to State-owned Enterprise covering diverse industrial sectors in Asia, Australia, and Middle East. Most recently, he was the Managing Director of PT Ilectra Motor Group. Prior to the role, he was the Strategic Delivery Advisor to the Minister of State-owned Enterprise, an Independent Commissioner of PT PELINDO, the Business Transformation Director of PT Pertamedika IHC, and the Program Director/ Senior Infrastructure Advisor for the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs. He has. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Parahyangan University and a Master of Engineering from UNSW.

Adi Dharma Shima brings in more 20 years of experience in corporate finance and strategic management. Starting his career as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young Indonesia, he joined PT Indika Energy Tbk as a Corporate Planning Senior Manager in 2010, where he’s still serving as Head of Business Development. He graduated from Parahyangan University with an accounting degree in 2004.

Yukki Nugrahawan Hanafi brings in an extensive experience and expertise in supply chain and freight forwarding. Throughout his career, he has been entrusted as Director and Commissioner in numerous companies. He is the Chairman of ALFI Institute Foundation, Head of Association Coordinating Board Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of Indonesian Logistics and Forwarders Association, and Chairman of ASEAN Federation of Forwarders Association. He received his Diploma in International Freight Forwarding and Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management from FIATA in Switzerland.

David Edward Adams has over 25 years of experience in the mining and contracting business. Starting his mining career in Australia, he set up and oversaw Petrosea Offshore Base (POSB) as the General Manager and managed the oil and gas business of PT Petrosea Tbk. before joining Interport in 2018.

Djuniardi Albert Christanto has more than 30 years of experience in business development and finance. Prior to joining Interport as Director, he was the Mixed Use and Finance Director of PT Jaya Real Property Tbk. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD.

Indika Multi Niaga (IMN) is Interport’s freight forwarding subsidiary established on 25 September 2015.

Mitra Baruna Nusantara

Mitra Baruna Nusantara (MBN) is a shipping agency that also provides stevedoring services. Established on 18 September 2017, the company is 99.9% owned by IMN.

Indika Logistic Support Services

Established on 26 October 2010, Indika Logistic Support Services (ILSS) is an Interport subsidiary that focuses on seaport services.

Interport Mandiri Abadi

Since 14 September 2018, Interport Mandiri Abadi (IMA) has been the main force behind Interport’s terminal holding service. IMA owns Kariangau Gapura Terminal Energi (KGTE), a terminal holding company established in 17 March 2017 to manage Interport’s fuel terminal in Kariangau. The fuel terminal was completed in 2020. The company also owns Jatim Gapura Terminal Energi (JGTE), another terminal holding company established on 21 June 2019.

Established on 7 June 2016, POSB Reksabumi Indonesia (PRI) was acquired by Interport on 29 June 2020 to support its waste management services.

Founded on March 11, 2019, Interport Praba Prasarana (IPP) emerged as a key player in the power plant logistics sector, with 99.9% ownership by Interport. Recognizing evolving market needs, the company underwent a strategic transformation on June 12, 2023, rebranding to Elang Mas Andalan (EMA). Today, EMA excels in providing stevedoring services.

Pusat Sarana Baruna (PSB), established in 4 October 2018, a subsidiary of Interport specializes in comprehensive logistics services and currently operates in Balikpapan and Tanah Grogot. Leveraging extensive experience, PSB provides integrated solutions that include equipment rental, storage, fuel distribution, and port facilities. By enhancing Interport’s strategic objectives, PSB delivers added value through its one-stop logistics solutions tailored to meet client needs.

Shipping Company for Sea Transportation Services
Cotrans asia

Cotrans Asia (CTA) was established in April 2004 and started operating commercially in October 2004. CTA operates at Tanah Merah Coal Terminal (TMCT) Kel. Janju, Kec. Tanah Grogot, Paser Regency, East Kalimantan. CTA serves PT Kideco Jaya Agung in terms of managing and controlling all transportation activities from TMCT to Adang Bay Transshipment and sending from barges to Bulk Carriers (geared & gearless) with stevedoring activities and using floating cranes.

Pelabuhan Patimban Internasional

Pelabuhan Patimban Internasional, established in 2 May 2021, a dynamic consortium 29% owned by Interport Patimban Agung alongside several key partners, has entered into a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. Together, they have secured the concession to manage the vehicle and container port at Patimban, marking a significant step in enhancing Indonesia's infrastructure.

E-Commerce Digital Solutions

MSI, also known as PowerCommerce Asia, is a dynamic e-commerce digital solutions company, specializing in the development of cutting-edge omnichannel order and sales fulfillment platforms.
