Interport Holds Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Halal Bi Halal Gathering

Jakarta, April 9, 2025 — Interport Mandiri Utama held a full day of meaningful events on April 9, 2025, beginning with its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), followed by a heartfelt Halal Bi Halal gathering.

The AGMS opened with presentations from the Board of Directors and Management, highlighting the company’s 2024 performance and future direction. Key achievements, financial milestones, and strategic plans for 2025 were shared with shareholders.

A significant part of the meeting included the official changes in the company’s leadership structure, in which on the Board of Commissioners, Irjen. Pol. (Purn.) Drs. Royke Lumowa, MM has been succeeded by Prof. Dr. Mohamad Ikhsan SE, MA.

These appointments mark a new chapter for Interport, as the company continues to strengthen its leadership and drive forward its vision for sustainable growth.
